Over the course of the INSEAD Executive MBA programme, emphasis is placed on leadership development. A specific integrated curriculum helps participants identify and develop their leadership style and progress through reflection and exchange.
Academic Content
The core course "Leading People and Organisations" equips participants with an understanding of Leadership fundamentals (interpersonal and team level) and provides a framework for leading complex organisations. It also kicks-off and motivates the LDP. Leadership content emerges in other coursework and specialized sessions as the year goes on.
Live Forums
INSEAD attracts senior leaders from various industries who join us for our "Leader Forum" series, part speaking event, part open and intimate discussion. We also organize the LDP Peer Exchange process, which offers participants a chance to learn actively from one another's business context.
Interactive Coaching
A key element of the LDP is the professional coaching process, a facilitated group-based coaching experience that runs over the course of the year and helps participants to make real gains in their approach to leadership.

Running in parallel to the LDP are our Career Services, a comprehensive set of tools and events that help participants figure out their career goals and moves.
